The Riverside County Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) provides services and assistance to protect and empower vulnerable people in our community. 

National Child Abuse Prevention Month

Strong, nurturing communities that are supportive of families can get involved and play a role in preventing child abuse and neglect and promoting child and family well-being.

San Bernardino County Children’s Network

The overall goal of Children’s Network is to help at-risk children by improving communication, planning, coordination, and cooperation among youth-serving agencies.

 The internationally respected nonprofit is the largest organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect as well as at-risk children. 

Child Abuse Prevention CDC 

Policies and programs that are supportive of children and families can prevent child abuse and neglect and other early adversity. CDC works to better understand the problem of child abuse and neglect and to prevent it before it begins
